Tunstall Serviced Home

Location was very good for us as we were visiting family nearby. Owners did try to resolve issues when we contacted them and they replied promptly. Off street parking available for small / medium sized car.

It was fine but the thing that really let it down were the smells. Specifically the fridge, towels and the bed linen. The linen and towels smelt foisty, like they hadn't been dried properly. To be fair we did contact the owners about it and they sent their cleaner back in. They provided fresh towels which were appreciated but I had to borrow bed linen to cover up the smell while sleeping. The fridge smelled of rotten salami or something like that. Apart from that, the house was clean and well maintained. If they replace the bed linen and properly deodorise the fridge this would be a decent enough (7 or 8/10) place to stay.

.Minor leakages in the ground-floor bedroom. .Noticeable signs of leakage/ cracks under the staircase .No full-length mirror in the house or in the rooms. .Single-bedroom bed(upstairs)- Uncomfortable. .Over-grown weeds at the entrance and backyard.

Location was good.

There should be a bin in each room. Bathroom requires a bigger bin. There should be a big for food only in kitchen. There should be at least one dresser with mirror in a bedroom.

Fantastic place to stay would definitely stay again

It was roomy and an ideal location. We had easy access to the location and it had a great shower .

I had to wash the oven utensils like pizza holder and that's as they were dirty .when vacuuming I pushed the beds back to find cutlery and toothbrushes along with dust under one .the beds were very soft and narrow so it didnt help my back problem .it could have done with a parking facility too.other that that all was good and it was basically tidy

I really like the apartment, everything needed in an a home is available for use immediately.
