Location was superb. Roker beach was only a 5 mins walk away. Parking outside the house was free. There are many dog friendly cafes nearby and the views were gorgeous. Everyone was really friendly. The Roker Hotel bar was superb and had a good range of beers and their own Poetic Licence Gin! It is only a 5 mins walk from the air Bn B.

Only a small thing - the bathrooms could be bigger but it wasn't a real problem to us.

spacious rooms. convenient location. very friendly and hospitable host

not very clean. floors had hairs all over in bathroom, bedroom and laundry. Supplies - Only 1 tea towel for 7 days.
