"Beautiful little Cottage."

The whole cottage is beautifully done to a high standard. Comfortable, and clean. Facilities are great, as well as the little extras they provide. Definitely worth a stay if you are visiting Sunderland, or surrounding areas.

"A great place to stay."

It was quiet and clean and there was everything there that we needed.

The only thing that could improve it would be a lock in the bathroom door.

The host rang the day before and couldn’t have been more helpful, he left us a bottle of pink fix and pink Bon bons as he knew we were going to the pink concert. he even let us check in early. would definitely stay again if visiting Sunderland.

The property was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back for a little getaway. The host was amazing, gave us tons of restaurant recommendations as well as the way to our concert. The beds were lovely, and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The location is also great. It was not too far from the centre and many shops/restaurants were around. It was truly a great experience.

Extremely clean property, great area within walking distance to the town centre with shops and eateries, as well as a short walk to the local metro station. Friendly owner who gave fantastic advice on the Great North Run and restaurant recommendations - would highly recommend!
