El Kedira - Campbells Beach Holiday Home

Beautiful location close to a wedding we attended.

Too old and mildew smells. Also lost all our food when circuit breaker kept tripping when we were gone. Beautiful bones but house needs a ton of care & updates

The location, kitchen equipment and rear outdoor space

The overall unloved and unmaintained appearance of the property inside and out. Gardens look nothing like the images on line - either overgrown, weeds or dead plants. Carpet feels damp in lower bedroom areas. Gas BBQ has a knob that doesnt turn off ! Heaps of leaf litter in the outdoor area.

Power not working at a lot plugs and hot points including not being able to use tv and wifi and garage door No hot water to the kitchen sink ( there was a wee note left to advise this was an issue )

Location was great and outdoor area was lovely with garden and seating area (felt like somewhere in italy!). Great space for kids with lots of toys, DVD's and space.

The beds in the twin room were uncomfortable, and the water (which I assume is bore water) was very minerally and came out green initially. Drinking water was supplied in the kitchen but a sign or note prior would have been handy as we arrived late and didn't know - the kids brushed their teeth and I couldn't work out why they were so repulsed (it was incredibly salty)! Once we figured it out we ran the taps for a bit and the water improved, and we learned not to drink it ;). This doesn't bother me, but a sign would have helped us be prepared for it :)

lots of room, private, wildlife, sunny, beach view, kitchen kitted out well, bedding

having to boil water (not warned), one towel only for a week stay when we charged for supply, no compendium so had to figure things out ourselves eg. tv, rubbish
