Property was self catering, location was excellent all amenities within walking distance

There was nothing to dislike

The location is fantastic, literally less than 10 metres from the beach and very short walk to the pier and shops. Very high finish to the property, spacious and comfortable.

Very well appointed cottage in a perfect location. It has a very nice patio with a great view of the river. All the appliances and fittings were high quality. Also, it was beautifully decorated in a beachy way.

Everything was great but if I had to be fussy, a tea cosy for the tea pot would be good. The beds were a but hard.

Lovely well equipped cottage. Would definitely try to book again if we are going to Teignmouth.

Only negative is the lack of parking but we managed ok.

This homely self catering cottage near to the coast with a double bedroom and two singles. Lovely comfortable lounge with dining table and good clean modern kitchen. Clean tidy bathroom with over bath shower. Lovely court yard garden with sea views. Good location near to town but unfortunately no allocated parking. Minimal street parking but too busy to park there. Reasonably priced car parks nearby though.

It was like home from home, it had everything you needed and the welcome pack was a nice gesture. Location was brilliant.

Absolutely lovely little cottage, clean and comfortable. Lovely touch of some essentials left for our arrival. Next time we shall book for longer.
