Location was perfect, very spacious, had all we needed and liked the gifts in the fridge

Well stocked kitchen, coffee pods, sweet treats, wine, plenty of games, comfortable beds and bedding. Great location, short walk to the pebble beach and the Meare.

Great location, house is tastefully done, comfy beds and spacious rooms.

The only thing I would say is it needs a coffee machine but that is the only thing! it’s a fab place to stay with the family.

Fabulous property for the 6 of us for a mid-winter stay: great bedrooms for each couple and brilliant communal space upstairs. The kitchen is really well appointed with loads of mugs and plates etc. Location is perfect - walking distance to Aldeburgh and good pub right scross the road.

Any criticisms don’t detract from how much we enjoyed this property - water for bath could have been hotter and the lovely huge vaulted ceiling means that the TV can be difficult to hear.
