The location is good. The staff is kind.

The property was not prepared for the stay. It was dusty and with no hot water.

Place badly run down Had to pay US$40 extra for "cleaning" and the place was filthy. Greasy film on table a thick coat of dust on fridge which had utensils on it dirty smudge marks on doors and walls

We love the location and the privacy you get staying at the cottage. Beautiful landscape and a really cool fountain. We really enjoy staying here. Close to everything we need. We visit often and will stay here when we can. Roger is very nice and met us to give us the keys.

It was a little musty but Roger said it was closed up for a little bit. The floor slopes some but not bad, a lot of traffic but it was a Saturday night. Really not much to dislike about it.

Price and location. And I felt safe. Place was clean. Love the yard area.

No outlets nor extension cords by the bed nor in the bathroom. I wish there had been outdoor lighting. Like a motion light. Not sure why I had to pay a cleaning fee for both nights when no one came in to clean, not that I wanted them to. But I still had to pay.

The location for viewing Spacex launches was perfect. An older property with dated amenities, but perfectly adequate for the very reasonable price. The landlord was excellent, responding to inquiries very quickly. Good service is always appreciated. Would definitely book this again.

Very few outlets for charging. Just an older property, but at this price it was very good.
