Be aware that Sunny Homes requires a security deposit to be paid directly rather than through Booking.com. In our case, after an 11-night stay with final cleaning included in the booking price, they retained €150 of our €200 deposit. The reasons given included photographs of a few unwashed dishes and areas they claimed required additional floor cleaning. We believe these were matters that should have been covered by the included final cleaning service, and we are disputing the deduction. Future guests should carefully document the condition of the property on both arrival and departure.

La literie est extrêmement sale. En effet, la literie sentait très mauvais, avec des traces jaunes partout, et absolument pas confortable. De plus la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres. Ce n est absolument pas normal au vu du prix

We liked everything about it not too far from all the attractions, clean, tidy and a good place to relax

The property was spotless and very well equipped. Three good bedrooms and two bathrooms, air con and modern kitchen. Sun beds provided and great pool. It had everything you needed for a weeks stay

It was a bit further out of town than we expected so you were reliant on a car or public transport. But there are bars nearby and buses to town that finish at 11pm
