"My holiday in total was great and I hope to return to the area again."

Breakfast was not included in the booking as it was a house booking for 11 days. The location was extremely good because I could walk to Dinty's for lunch and the Centra store for some shopping. I have stayed in and around Union Hall for years and like the area very much. The garden was a great size for my dog and was secluded and a nice place to sit when the weather was good

I did not like the hallways. You could not go from one room to another and the property felt like a property of two halves.

The house was excellent. The layout and the facilities were perfect for our family holiday The location close to the village centre was also very useful and provided a good base for exploring West Cork

The wifi signal could have been a bit stronger

The bungalow is beautifully appointed with all mod cons. It was spotlessly clean. Off road parking for at least 3 cars. Located in a very quiet area of Union Hall, with the village centre and the waterside only a short walk away. The village has a Centra local supermarket, and I recommend Dinty's and The Dock Wall for a drink and/or a meal, and Nolan's Coffee House. It is a short drive to the main road (N71) which connects to the towns of West Cork - Clonakilty, Baltimore, Skibbereen, Schull and Bantry are all worth a visit. The countryside and coast accessible from the N71 is spectacular with the peninsulas of Mizen, Sheep's Head and Beara all worth exploring. It is also worth exploring the countryside, lakes and coastline (including hidden bays) of the immediate Union Hall area, although be prepared for narrow lanes! It is a good location for walking, cycling and fishing off the rocks.
