Convenient and well equipped for two. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. All in all, a pleasant stay in attractive surroundings. Good access to public transport services.

The hosts are helpful and kind. we had a family room on two floors, the girls stayed on the second floor, and we stayed on the first. the kitchen was well-designed and equipped you had everything that you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. there is a beautiful garden where you can sit and normally see the lake. the host gave us some hints about the places that we need to visit. The location of the B&B is also good, just 2 min to the bus to St Ives, 10 minute's drive. 1 min walk, there is a pub that you can eat. there was a car park.

Everything really was perfect, just one thing I would improve - single bed in the main room. Super hard, very uncomfortable for my child to sleep well.

The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted as a short stay base. The 4 minute walk to the station to catch trains to St. Ives was superb & the last train back after nights out. It was well equipped, clean & modern. The house grounds are very nice. An excellent find for us!!

Only a minor negative, not so much for us, but the ladder style wooden stairs to the bedroom was a funny & quirky feature. Had to be careful that you had your wits about you going to bed & getting up!!!
