Excellent welcoming. I am a cleaning maniac and I can tell you : it was extremely clean ! A nice smell when you get inside, a plenty of natural light, calm neighborhood, nice view from the balcony, we had everything we needed, plenty of towel for each one of us, air conditioning, netflix, amazon, fast internet, equipped kitchen, iron with ironing table, free parking always available even when you get back late at night. Cafe 500m away. Bakery 750m away. Really close to the highway. The owner waited for us when we had +1 hour delay because our flight was delayed. He was very welcoming, took time to explain to us everything in details. He also took care of leaving us little gift for the next morning’s breakfast since we arrived late at night. It’s really rare that I find no negative point but I can you tell you this apartment was PERFECT ! We felt so comfortable enjoyed our staying there.

We stayed there at the start of our trip and went back for one night before going to the airport. It’s beautiful there. The pool is fabulous. The hosts are kind and helpful. It’s like going to stay with family.

Nothing. We loved it so much we went back. It’s perfect. The house has a kitchen with dishes but we ate out. Stefano even offered some suggestions and told us they’d offer a small discount if we told them we were staying there.

It was immaculate. The hosts were amazing, kind, friendly and very helpful when we wanted to do sightseeing. The breakfast had delicious pastries and the hosts Stefano and Bruno were so generous and especially kind to the kids. The house was amazing and so comfortable. It had multiple balconies and a kitchen for cooking. There were two bathrooms which were beautiful. The outdoor patio was super cute and comfy. It was so super clean as well. Perfect for staying near Rome. We were able to drive into Rome and park to do sightseeing. Everything our hosts told us was accurate from what time to leave, where to park and what to see. They made our day work perfectly. And the pool was always there at the end of the day to cool off. My kids loved the pool.

It was perfect. Without a car, walking to the train is a short distance downhill.
