Aalia villa

Lots of useful extras- cool box, beach towels, beach parasol.

Lack of views, occasional lack of maintenance, left behind cosmetics. Would make arrival easier if the house had a sign with the name - Aalia villa.

We loved the garden, open plan living room/ kitchen and It was quiet and relaxing in April.

The Villa was ideally located for our purpose and conviently, Carla who looks after the Villa was literally only across the road. We had no problems but if we had we had very easy access to help

We loved everything in the property. Very good house with everything we need.

We're golfers and spend most of our time golfing when in this region. The property was a short drive from Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas, so suited us. We didn't have time for the shared pool but it's a 30 second walk across the road. Parking was available straight outside the property and it also has a nice seating area if you choose to eat outside. Beds were comfortable and the shower was reliable. There's large fridge freezer and a new dishwasher (if you need it). The price is reasonable for the area.

Unfortunately, the TV in the area was down for the whole trip but you can use chromecast if you have other things to watch on your phone / computer. The owners tried to assist remotely to try and troubleshoot the problems. There were only 3 large plates which could be a problem if you have booked 4 people and intend to eat in a lot. For two people, it was fine.
