This is a very nice property, but it is a Washington DC row house. The second and third bedrooms are small but that should be expected. Everything was clean, modern and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and even basic food items like spices and sauces. One trip to the market for staples was enough to get us started for the week's breakfasts and dinners. Once we figured out the bus system, public transportation worked well. The nearest bus stop on the line that runs to the Mall is just around the corner on 11th Street. The Metro stations are about half a mile away. The walk to the Mt. Vernon stop was through a pleasant neighborhood with a large Giant food store on the way.

Great, well-appointed space for 4 guests. Short walking distance to Metro stops... and the 9:30 Club! Kitchen had every accessory one could want– though all we did was make coffee, and ate all meals out. ;)

This is the perfect stay for a family! It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house was clean, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped. It has everything you need and more. We really liked the selection of coffee and tea, and the thoughtful mini toiletries in the bathrooms. The location is great. A short walk to the metro and a 30 minute walk to the Mall. The neighborhood is lovely and safe.

Possibly the best equipped home stay we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. Great instructions, lovely home, and nice location just 5 minutes walk from the subway.
