The host was very willing to solve the problems, we found there were something wrong with the lights and sockets in the house and the host came to fix it the next day. Besides, the house was quite clean and it came with a variety of kitchen utensils and toiletries. There were also enough towels and washing/drying machine which is ideal for people who don't wanna bring many clothes

The house was a bit far from the metro station. For whom just wanna travel by walking or public transportation might not be a perfect choice

Well equipped nice spacious house. It's tidy and everithing is in a good condition. Almost feels like home. Bonus: nice and responsive owner.

Air conditioning is little loud and the room temperatures are not uniform, but absolutely acceptable.

The house is in the great location and complete with all stuffs we needed! There are plenty of snacks, coffees, and all kitchen stuffs. Amazing!

Nothing wrong with the house actually because it's really hard to find house without stairs in DC. We have toddlers and they always tried to use the stairs all the time. Maybe it'll be helpful if there are optional fence to be used for the stairs if there will be kids staying.
