House number 8 sleeps up to 4 People with Smart TVs in Every Room

The property was spacious and easy to find. It had all the necessities to get us through the weekend.

The parking wasn’t great but not really any fault of the property. The mattresses on the beds were very very thin, and every time you moved it was really loud. The bath had a crack in the panelling, the vinyl on the floor had a rip in - not that these cause us a big deal but it just changes the look of the place. The metal wired “wardrobes” were outdated and you could see that it was falling apart. We always clean cutlery/cups etc before using it but a lot of it was dirty before use. I had an issue booking originally where I couldn’t alter the amount of guests and Booking.com was asking me to contact the property which I did, and received a message back saying that information was incorrect. After speaking to customer services they sent me right back and was left feeling like it was my fault and I was in the wrong even though I had in black and white that Booking.com were sending me back to them. It felt a bit hostile and I didn’t want to be difficult; I was trying to amend something based on what the company was stating.

Location was perfect to where we wanted to go

Thought the places needed more homely items around the house .. empty airfreshners and lack of quality to the finishes in the house

Back garden - fences intact - in order that my dog could hae spent time there off lead.

It was a good property for our one night stay in Telford. Local to where we were going and a clean and tidy. Very quiet area. Good communication and very easy instruction on how to access property and how to leave. Would use again

Absolutely nothing I advise anyone who looks at this property to avoid within a mile, it’s filthy and un habitable. When we called booking.com to advise we didn’t want to stay they owner was abusive and threatened to send court papers to my home address.

The snot on the sofa the overgrown brow garden the dirt cobwebs black moldy bathroom the brown on the back of the shower curtain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Was threatened with court papers because we didn’t want to have our young children in a dirty house. Mentioned my home address which he should not have access to. Took our money and hasn’t refunded
