The shower was very low pressure, the section was not fully fenced with the main gate broken and frail. After communication with bach care to confirm it was suitable for dogs it actually wasn’t when we arrived. No help or compensation on additional costs and a lost night and a 3hr round trip to drive home and take the dogs to our local kennel at an additional cost when we could have got nicer accomodation for the same price and a better location.

Location of the house was great, a simple nz bach with most amenities . Clean and tidy . Great board games for the kids.
We were disappointed that heating was stated on the available facilities when booked but when queried after spending the first night freezing without being able to locate any source of heating :heat pump/ oil heater /hot water bottles ,we were told there was no heating for the property . A property in nz in winter should have some proper form of heating ! Unacceptable.
