ANVIL COTTAGE

Rural location. Well designed for a very small space. Enjoyed seeing the harvest and baling in the immediately adjoining fields but fortunately left before the muck-spreading phase began!

Shower room too small. Info said a washing machine was available in adjacent dairy but we couldn't find it. On phoning the owners we were told they hadn't updated their info and it was not there anymore. This was annoying.

A well stocked cottage with all the facilities that are required for a holiday. Lovely peaceful location and very comfortable furniture. We couldn’t have asked for more

Location was very pleasant; very close to canal and lovely towpath walks; not far from town of Whitchurch; very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The owners have not scrimped on the refurbishment of this building. Everything is supplied for you to just stop here including nice touches like milk, biscuits,tea bags sugar and cleaning products.

lovely location. Anvil Cottage is a delight.

No dishwasher and for us the fridge is a bit small.Only small things. Perfect otherwise.

Perfect get away for us and the dog with lots of walking and peace and quiet. Cottage is super cosy, well equipped and feels like home from home.

Really cute little cottage with enclosed garden and parking, very quiet location but perfect for us visiting friends in the next village. Had everything we needed and more. Dog friendly our poodle loved the canal walk to Whitchurch.

Nice touches, like some milk in the fridge for us, smelt nice upon entering, comfy sofas, private parking area.

Lovely quiet location where can just switch off. Nice and private as well
