Well equipped, clean tidy and perfect for our weekend requirements. Great communication with the owner upon booking which was really helpful.

Great location - bit difficult to find at first, as the property is set back from the main road and there wasn't a sign at the end of the drive. Definitely a great place to stay in Whitstable. Easy walking distance from all amenities and the sea front. Very clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place is very pet friendly.

We followed the instructions for operating the dishwasher, however it didn't clean the dishes and we had to wash them by hand. We did notify the cleaner who was going to look at it and see what the problem was. That was the only downside (pretty minor)

"Nice shirt stay"

Lovely little secret, good location

Back bedroom bed broken, it was held up by extra wooden legs, oven when arrived was not cleaned, house needed dusting But other than that it was great

"Seamless holiday stay"

The location, the fact there were three loos/bathrooms, there was a car space, the patio, the Prosecco and biscuits!. It was perfect for our needs. Also Natalie was very friendly and helpful

The property was a little difficult to find at first.

We did find that there were a few insects in the house, a bit worried for the owner, it maybe a problem for them. Trains were a little noisy.

"Great stay."

Very clean,great service from owner. Good location.

Access and egress are quite difficult onto a busy junction. However if a passenger presses the pedestrian crossing wait button it stops the traffic long enough to get get back to the car and then drive off.
