Lovely location, close to the sea .

Found it to be a bit cramped for 4 adults. Not enough storage.

Nice comfy and modern caravan, reasonably quiet location with good access to walks.

Think there was too much clutter in the caravan, cupboards in the kitchen had food items in them restricting the available space to store our own stuff. Why do the site owners keep cutting the grass and leaving the cuttings behind, with damp mornings and two dogs it's a nightmare getting grass off their feet. No key fob for the barrier in the key box and being told to sort it out with reception isn't the answer I'd expect.

This property was just perfect ! There was everything you could ask for more

The doors in the living room didn’t have steps to outside

Well equipped, clean, good location.

Half drank can of pop was left down the side of the sofa when we arrived but other than that everything was good.

Nice modern caravan which was very clean and welcoming. Site was also well maintained and staff in reception polite and helpful.

This is a review of my stay at 'Amethyst 25' caravan booked through booking.com. The caravan was advertised with heating, a stovetop, and a shower. These caravans rely on external gas cylinders to provide heating and they need to be checked frequently. On our second day, we ran out of gas and despite several contacts, the owner was unreachable. I contacted booking.com customer service, but the issue was not resolved, and I had to leave the property due to the unlivable conditions (outside was 5 degrees). The property owner's unprofessional behaviour is worth noting as he failed to check the gas cylinders before my arrival, resulting in unlivable conditions during my stay. Despite multiple attempts to contact him through messages and calls, he did not even bother to reply to any of them. I find this lack of communication and responsibility unacceptable, and I would caution anyone against booking with this property owner in the future. I've been a loyal customer of booking.com and have reached Genius Level 3. Despite my loyalty, I was disappointed with their handling of the situation. I had to stay on the phone for 45 minutes and was only offered a £100 credit! I believe that a full refund is justified in this situation, and I hope booking.com will take this matter seriously and make it right. In the end, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Spotless, beautiful new caravan in a perfect location right next to the sea and within walking distance (45-60 mins) of Whitstable harbour and Herne Bay. Dog friendly. Central heating and a warm fire place perfect for a Spring stay. Everything you need to cook is supplied!
