Lovely location and everything we needed

We didn’t get to grips with heating - either very cold or far too hot

Beautiful clean, spacious and comfortable lodge in a great location. Owners had decorated for Christmas and left some lovely gifts on our arrival. Felt like home for our week away, would recommend to everyone.

Apart from that, everything was very good, neat and clean, more than necessary amenities were included, which was not expected! Cheers to Janie, she was also very helpful.

Wifi connection was a little weak and struggled a bit with the locker to get the keys.

Clean with all amenities we need are available. Spacious enough for 4-6 guests. Quiet environment. Convenient to visit sites within Lake Districts.

Limited lighting at the road inside the village. Difficult to locate our cottage at check-in day when we reach there even at 5pm that just a little bit after sunset .

We liked the location of the lodge at the top of a cul de sac.

Poor restaurant service, hot meal served cold, lack of staff on duty , no menus for visitors, several asking as not available. Poor signage & lighting throughout the camp.

Radiators and parts of the lodge needed a bit more of a deep clean

Loved the cabin and area

Nice and quiet.sound of the birds in the trees was quite nice location was excellent.

Main bed abit low otherwise everything was great would and will stay there again
