"Cosy time for two in lovely cottage"

Super cosy cottage for two. Had trouble with key box code- phone was off and out of connection- key box code only sent at lunchtime on the day of arrival. If I hadn’t managed to get through to one of your staff on phone call would have been unable to get code to get keys and get in…please send code for key box at least 24 hours before arrival

Cottage had everything needed for a holiday ! Staff via telephone very helpful. Hand/safety rail for staircase would be a safety addition. Close to bus stop, local pub. Lovely time there and would definitely stay again.
