It was clean and well maintained with all the necessary provisions. Location was convenient for sightseeing in the area.

No washing machine.

For a homestay, the facilities are complete, with enough beds or places to sleep. There is a backyard, if you stay for a long time, you can have a good time in the backyard.

We stayed in the smaller suite, which had two western-style beds, but they didn't seem to fit together very well. If you have children and need to share a bed, this is not a good choice. But there were no beds to put in the tatami area. The toilet was in another separate room, with no floor heating or air conditioning, so it might be very cold in winter. There were heating facilities indoors, but the owner didn't turn it on when we went, so we had to figure out how to use it ourselves. Floor heating alone might not be enough, so we needed to turn on the air conditioning. We didn't like the aromatherapy in the room, mainly the smell from the bed. The overall cleanliness was okay, and it couldn't be required by hotel standards, but we saw some small bugs at the time, which were harmless. In addition, you can only see a small part of Mt. Fuji from the room. It takes about half an hour to walk to the Hirano Beach.

Would suggest having an iron

Cozy place with excellent cafes nearby. Spacious and fully equipped. We woke up with baby deer in olthe garden. The host was very nice, we were able to check in earlier and they helped us organise the bus to Tokyo.

Location is a bit far from everything so you might need a car
