Very clean and tidy. Good size rooms.

It was a bit noisy during the night but you would expect that from town Centre location.

Very unique property, very clean, great location. Laundry facilities were so convenient.

The shower door was a little short. The curtains in the bedrooms don’t block out the street light right outside.

Good central location in Aberystwyth. Three of us stayed and had extended family visit for a get together, this was a perfect location for us. There was plenty of space, it's well-equipped and nicely decorated. Importantly the beds were comfy. Good communication from the owner, all queries very prompt sorted.

Parking isn't easy, but great information given by the owner so able to resolve this issue.

Nicely decorated with most modern luxuries.

A welcome pack would be nice. just a pint of milk so we could have a drink straight away and settle in. The beds were squeaky as well, comfortable mattress but a squeaky bed frame nobody wants.

Very characterful property with everything one would need for a one night stay.

We felt rather rushed to leave in the morning - the cleaner arrived at 9:50 and we felt pressured to leave immediately.

Joining instructions good. Kitchen good facilities as you would want. Bathrooms clean and spotless linen. Bathroom well appointed - good shower and towels were decent too. How to leave house requests were simple.

Property in a great location and was well facilitated - fortunately for us this was a flying visit so didnt need to use the lower living room - Although clean it had an awful musty smell though either nobody using or damp conditions - If this is sorted then the house would be excellent.

To be honest our stay at the property was very good, very well set out and clean with everything that we needed with a nice cottage feel.
