LuX - Exclusive Trulli Relax

This place is difficult for us to clearly assess. Very nice, with cool design, newly renovated small house in a good location in Alberobello. The owner is very nice and helpful.

We were hampered by several shortcomings. First of all, there were too few cosmetics and towels for two bathrooms. The towels were only on the upper level - where the bedroom was. You could take them downstairs, but then you had to take them back upstairs if you wanted to use the bathroom upstairs. We knew there was a jacuzzi, which made us happy. Unfortunately there were no toiletries for bathing in the jacuzzi. We also think there should be more basic kitchen accessories (since there is already a kitchenette). We also didn't like breakfast at a nearby restaurant. We would rather not have them than pay for them, because we know that everything is included in the price. However, the biggest minus for us was the unpleasant smell of dampness on the lower level. It bothered us a lot. Overall we were happy with the choice, but for the price we expected something more.

Could not figure out how to use most of the amenities like hot tub steam room TV etc had to make multiple texts to figure about half of the stuff out no access to ice had to walk to a local bar and ask for a bag which they cheerfully gave me there was a kitchen but not pots/pans etc to use it

Really close to all the trullis and city centre with restaurants. Very close to car parking station so you are not lugging your suitcases a long way. A must stay! Very relaxing and the spa is great, not something you'd find anywhere else in Italy unless staying at a luxury hotel! I would highly highly recommend. Roberto was lovely to deal with and gave us some great restaurant recommendations!

The free breakfast included only has a very limited time slot to use at the local salumieri. We unfortunately didnt get to use it (but that's probably the breakfast shop being strict!). Check in not that flexible as we arrived earlier than the check in time but that didn't cause any issues on our end.

It was spacious and had great amenities such as jacuzzi, and 2 showers and toilets.

There was a bit of a funky scent to it but very mild.

Stunning and stylish. The spa area downstairs is a wonderful addition. When it was really hot outside and we’d explored all morning we loved coming back to this air conditioned haven. The breakfast at the fabulous deli just one minute walk away also really good.

We liked everything

we enjoyed very much the jacuzzi, the tisane area and the bed was super comfortable

the hammam was not working, breakfast at the nearby bar was a bit disappointing
