Beautiful accommodation, stylish design

Service is horrible. Kettle wasn’t washed in years. I had to use a souse pan to boil water. Paolo kept arguing about any request. I reserved the room for 1 person and didn’t change it to 2 because the price was the same anyway, however I told Paolo that “We” were coming. When we arrived, only one set of towels, slippers, and 1 rope was provided. I asked for a second set. He didn’t want to bring it to me because he said I reserved it for 1 person only. When I stated insisting, he brought small towers. I had to text him to ask to bring a large towel. He said I wasn’t supposed to get it because a second set of towels is €60 extra but he would give it to me so I don’t get angry. I was speechless about this lie (I paid for the accommodation for two people and it was supposed to have two sets of everything in the first place. Instead I had to beg two times for extra towel! ). When I mentioned that the kettle was super dirty, he told me it was washed every day. No matter how beautiful accommodation is, it is never worth of staying there either so horrible customer service.

Clean and spacious trullo with 2 beds. Facilities were great with a small kitchen, lovely modern bathroom, and a patio garden. Good location 5 minutes walk from the centre of town with train station and bus service within easy access. The included breakfast at a local cafe was impressive and better than expected.

Nothing. Only problem was finding the right switch for all the different lights!

La experiencia de dormir en un Trullo y en este sobre todo , muy amplio cómodo y excelente ubicación. Su anfitrión Paolo muy atento para ofrecerte de todo, nos ofreció una cata en un viñedo pero lo ofreció como restaurante, y realmente quedamos con hambre, pero lo bueno fue los buenos vinos que probamos y llevamos de vuelta a America

Ganz bezaubernder und wunderschöner Trullo. Unsere Töchter waren von der großen Gewölbedusche ganz begeistert. Tolle Lage! Paolo ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und hat uns einen tollen Restaurantipp gegeben: Trullo Garden, beste hausgemachte Pasta, die ich je gegessen habe.
