Great location...walking distance to everything.

The odd pesky mosquito. There were no issues with the accommodation, it was perfect.

The location was perfect. Just outside the busy area so it was quiet and the terrace was amazing!

The air conditioner leaked right in the middle of the floor but the owner sent someone twice to fix it so he made it right.

Well it was a nice location close to the old central square and fountain. It has the charm we were expecting from a Trullio house. The agent was there to meet us when we arrived. And the cleaners patiently waited for our taxi driver to arrive the day we left, allowing our elderly mother to sit on one of the chairs. They only moved into the house after we left.

Well the main negative thing we discovered was that the proprietor of the Trullio House moved us into a smaller one (they appear to own two Trulli houses) compared to the one we actually booked! This is dishonest and tantamount to a scam. As a result the second bedroom with bunk beds was in fact in a corridor. So you had to pass through this corridor/ bedroom to get to the bedroom with the double bed. There was no kettle to make tea and no tea supplied and no milk, uht or fresh. Breakfast also was not included in the price and restaurants shops were mostly closed on the Sunday we arrived. In fact shops were difficult to find. This kind of information is the house would be useful. The agent gave us some taxi driver numbers but she had little knowledge of local transport. She never told us that there was a train station in the town and inter town bus service. She just said everyone arrives by taxi. But she should know more. As a result the Trullio was not good value for money especially as it was early in the high season. In future don't mislead your customers and make sure all amenities are there for your guests'convenience and all staff should be fully informed about transport etc that the holiday maker might wish to know. .

The location is amazing, literally just a few steps from the cathedral and 100% walkable distance from the city center. Loved the terrace from where you have an overview of the other trullis and you can actually see the details. My favorite part of the trullo was the room upstairs, super cozy.

I would recommend to provide milk or cream to mix with the coffee.
