Everything! House was just like the pictures, very close to the beach & sea. A lot of taverns around and two markets with all you need. Perfect location!

Nothing, actually. I cannot think of a one thing that was not good.

"Amazing location and very kind host"

Stella Beach House was the perfect place for a relaxing stay right next to the sea. The location was amazing - the house is at the quiet end of Stegna (great for peace and quiet) yet the tavernas and shops are an easy walk away. The beach is right across the road with warm, crystal clear water. There is even a shower outside the house for when you return from the beach! We walked to a taverna every night for dinner but the kitchen is very well equipped so you could easily cook a meal there if preferred. We would highly recommend Taverna Maria in Stegna and would advise booking as it gets busy. The beds were firm (as is the norm in Greece) but we slept very well. The air con in the bedroom and living room/kitchen is great and quickly cooled down the space. Stella herself is an absolute sweetheart - her communication in person and online is warm and friendly and she ensured we had everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a nicer host! We particularly appreciated the kind welcome gift on arrival. Thank you very much, Stella, for a relaxing stay!

"idyllic"

this is an absolute gem. Stella welcomed us and showed us in. It is exactly as the photos show, a pretty cosy spotlessly clean beach property, not big but that’s all the better because the Aircon cools it down instantly. The beach nearby is never busy, crystal clear waters with pebbly entrance. But so still and lovely that you can run in and no problem. There are many nice tavernas on the strip. And a small supermarket nearby. We hired a driver to take us there from Rhodes town. That only cost us €55 and we didn’t need a car while we were there because everything is on your doorstep. The next beach a long, easily walkable, has a few fun activities for kids and teens such as parascending. We are desperate to return and nowhere else on our holiday compared to this. PS lovely wishes to see while snorkelling pps. great washing machine

the bed is quite firm but we liked it. one cockroach was seen ! that’s normal for Greece though
