Area. Perfect location. Quiet spot. Lovely surroundings

It was very clean had everything we needed and was very central . Also great value .

Nothing it was all good for us .

There was milk and tea/coffee for a cuppa when we arrived, much appreciated.

Stairs are a a bit steep for elderly

Good size house in a nice quite cul-de-sac, plenty of space to spread out and relax. Very comfortable beds, WI-FI included and the bonus of off-road parking. Short walk to the main street of Ballinamore and a quick visit to Tesco if you wanted to buy groceries. Seamus responded well to any questions we had in advance of our visit. Some basic amenities were provided e.g. loo roll which was great !

No real negatives, if the weather had been better some outside furniture to enjoy the garden would have been a bonus. Perhaps instructions for heating etc. would be useful for those visiting in winter, and leaving the advertised towels on the bed would have been appreciated, but they were easy to find.

Location for us was perfect as we were there sadly, for a funeral. There was a Tesco and another supermarket 5min walk away in the same complex, so super easy to get supplies. Plus another small supermarket further down the high st and 2 chemists. House was situated in a lovely quiet cul de sac on the edge of the high st. Nice little garden and driveway for the car. The small town seemed very nice and friendly. A few pubs and places to get food, all within 5-10 min walk. Although can't review as we didn't use any. Property was well equipped for a long term stay/family. Lots of toys there if you have small children. Communication was good with the owner.

House could do with some tlc/updating from wear & tear. There was personal stuff in cupboards which felt strange. Ideally this should have been kept somewhere private/secure, out of sight of visiting guests. Some garden seating/picnic table would have been useful. Nothing to sit outside on on a nice day.
