GBThe property itself was excellent. Clean tidy good range of equipment. The location in Broadstairs is good. Experienced significant difficulty with vehicle access. We have a mini( small car) . We were only able to park outside on one occasion. Technically there is a space but parking by neighbours made access impossible. Drop off and collection of luggage was difficult and required reversing back and then turning round in a tight space. Very difficult for experienced drivers with a small car

GBIt was self catering, ALTHOUGH a 'pint of milk', a loaf of bread, plus tea/sugar would have been a pleasant welcome.
There was NO 'outlooks or a decent view'. The name 'Seaview', was totally inappropriate. The only view was a single 'unadopted' access road, with a scaffold harbouring easy parking. All other windows looked into darkness. Some of this property needs a thorough CLEAN. The corners of the kitchen at floor/skirting levels had NOT been cleaned/washed for a long time. There were dead insect remains, the corner floor / skirting needs a good wash. Whilst the white blinds look great -- just look 'behind' and on the sash windows, at the central meeting rails, the dirt and grime was disgusting. The whole of the sash windows need ease/adjusting & decorating. The external sills have not been decorated for a long while. The outside light did not function. The front door requires easing. One pillow, when turned over, had a previous 'head' stain. An earlier leak, from the roof parapet, had seeped the ceiling at front bedroom. This old stained has not been tidied, or painted - The ceiling light also had a cobweb..!! The spindle to the chair in the bedroom had been broken previous & NOT repaired. The old paint lines confirm this. BOTH the refuse bins to the outside were party filled with former loose rubbish, partly filled with water, and leaves. this suggests these have not been cleared for a LONG while. NO WE WRE NOT ON A MISSION... They 'jumped at us both'.
GBGBLocation was ideal & likely to use again. Lots of restaurants & things to do nearby.
Parking space - we were told that it was a very narrow road up to the cottage but because we have a fairly large vehicle it was awkward to turn it around due to space & other parked vehicles.
GBVery spacious living space with two bedrooms, a separate lounge and large kitchen. Excellent location as well with the high street and beach about five minute walk away.
Small issue but there were an awful lot of spiders!
GBLovely cottage. Close to the beach but a very quiet location. Well equipped with everything you need for self catering. Perfect for a small family, a couple, friends or a solo traveller. Close to the railway station so if you want to travel without a car this cottage is ideal.
