You get a complete and very nice home, very tastefully decorated. The fridge was stocked beforehand, nice surprise.

Super Appartment, frendly and helpful hosts. Sadly, we only spent one night there and didn't have time to explore everything. Ouiet local area, Great tasty breakfast.

The location is a bit isolated if you like to explore a lot by foot.

It was an unsatisfactory six-day stay. First of all, the host: unbelievable, welcoming guests. It offers expensive rides through familiar taxi drivers and expensive trips through friendly companies. After verifying the costs in taxi applications, it changes the price, adapting it to the market price. However, tourists who do not know the realities can certainly be fooled. The host is also very pushy. Every day he comes and burns some incense sticks. When we were sick and wanted peace, he didn't want to acknowledge it and leave us alone. The host deceived us by telling us not to be afraid of cockroaches. Meanwhile, cockroaches appeared every day. The host also cheats on the home furnishings. He writes that there is a washing machine and a TV, but these appliances are in his own house. You have to pay for laundry, even if you have your own capsules, and you can't watch TV because we won't be doing it in someone else's house. second: cleanliness and safety. The apartment is dirty, moldy, and leaks in many places when it rains. The host came and wiped up the puddles on the floor, but deep cleaning is not his forte. Dirty, musty towels, damp, mold and bugs. Thirdly: we had an unpleasant situation with the tour we booked for the next day. It started raining in the morning and the forecast was dire. The host threatened us with the costs of the car he had booked. The trip was also much more expensive than one we would have organized on our own. Third: location. Far from nice beaches, the outskirts of a big noisy city.

Very nice and friendly owner, he brought us dinner late at night and made us a delicious breakfast. Lovely place highly recommend

Where to start? The apartment is huge and includes a kitchen and large fridge. But the best part is the wonderful hosts, some of the friendliest, most generous you will meet, and not just in Lombok. Breakfast (and if you order lunch and dinner) are served in their own house a short distance away, with a mix of intelligent conversation and superb food. I could not recommend this guesthouse more warmly!

Please install a higher wattage bulb in the ceiling light in the bedroom room. It’s hard to read at night! Also, install a wall-mounted fan opposite the bed, which will save on air-conditioning costs and be much more comfortable at night.

The family that hosted us were really helpful. The wife, Wayan Ucik, would cook an amazing breakfast every morning. And the husband, Putu Ngeres, was always either driving us or finding drivers who would take us wherever we needed to go. We were going to stay only 2 nights, but had to extend our stay due to some issue and didn't regret in the least. Helpful, nice and open people.

Wow such good value for money. You get the entire apartment for yourself. The place is very colourful, clean and spacious. The owner is super friendly and social and helpful. They even brought us to the station. Very recommended!

Nothing

Excellent place to stay at in Mataram. We loved the neighborhood and Putu's family's kindness. Great air conditioning, well-stocked and cheap mini bar, daily breakfast and cleaning, excellent laundry service, very fun and colourful atmosphere, a lot of space. And it's very easy to get around/order food via Grab, so the location out of city centre wasn't a problem at all.

There could be a kettle in the kitchen. Bugs in the bathroom and kitchen (but this is common in the area).
