Tutto più che perfetto:la struttura è veramente molto bella, il personale gentilissimo, comodo il parcheggio privato, vicinanza con Alagna.

The hotel is located in a historical palace full of charm. The rooms inside are modern and confortable. We stayed at the mini appartment and we enjoy the kitchen available inside.

The shower curtains were short and each shower a lot of water will end on the bathroom floor, also the air dryer in the room was not working but we received from the staff a replacement one.

We were 2 adults and 2 small children. Loved our stay there, and the cons noted below are very minor. Beautiful place! PROS + Location. It's only 20min away from Alagna, and there are circa 15 parking spaces at the entrance to the Villa. + Standard of finishes and the interior decor. This place just looks amazing. It's superbly renovated and very tastefully decorated. + Well equipped. Couldn't really ask for more. (Maybe bigger mugs would be nice to have some tea) + Warm inside. We were here in the winter, it was -5 outside, and 22 inside. + The children playroom - great feature. Most of toys are for children aged 1 to 5, which suited us perfectly. + The library / reading room. Two standing shelves full of books, an eclectic selection of everything. 90% of books in Italian, with some 5 volumes in English and the rest in German. + Quiet. Even though our room was facing the main road, there wasn't any traffic during the night that might bring any noise. + Gigantic super-king size bed, double-sized sleeping sofa, and a sitting sofa in the kitchen. + Lift providing access to all floors. + Amazing panoramic view from our apartment, overlooking the road below, and the mountains all around.

- We couldn't give our kids a bath, as the shower didn't have a hand-held shower head, only the high level one. We were there only for 3 nights so it wasn't the end of the world though. - Just barely enough supplies, with no kitchen paper towels, just one washing machine tablet. - Not entirely child-proof. Historical chest of drawers beneath the windows are surely gorgeous, but our kids kept on crawling onto them and tried to open the windows. - Difficult and steep entrance road from the main road.

Struttura storica molto molto bella, anche x la vista.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti alla villa. Fuori nevicava, atmosfera suggestiva. Purtroppo la nostra stanza 206 non era riscaldata a sufficienza, gli infissi erano vecchi ed entravano molti spifferi di aria fredda. Abbiamo cercato di rattopparli con gli asciugamani. Abbiamo trascorso la prima notte al freddo, non avevamo coperte extra e abbiamo dovuto utilizzare le giacche x scaldarci. Non appena aperta la reception abbiamo segnalato il problema e il guasto è stato sistemato quindi la seconda notte abbiamo dormito al caldo. Per fortuna! Non era possibile cambiare stanza. La doccia é un po’ vecchiotta e il bagno rischia di allagarsi.

Esperienza meravigliosa... Abbiamo scelto la suite dotata di sauna e vasca idromassaggio; la definirei una "bomboniera " arredamento tipico montano, molto elegante curato nei dettagli. Pulizia perfetta. Per chi ha famiglia la struttura è dotata di una saletta giochi dedicata ai più piccoli e una stanza con biblioteca per i più grandi.Prezzo del soggiorno ottimo in rapporto alla qualità dei servizi forniti. Torneremo per un soggiorno estivo. Grazie Villa Ottocento per questa meravigliosa esperienza.

But the true heart of this place is Gigi and Silvia, who welcome you with such warmth and generosity that you truly feel like part of the family. During our stay, we enjoyed a traditional Italian dinner – generous, delicious, and full of homemade flavors – and had the chance to hear their inspiring life story and how they came to create this special place. Gigi and Silvia create an authentic Italian experience that will stay in our memories forever – not just because of the stunning setting, but because of the kindness, warmth, and love they share. No doubt we’ll be back.
