A lovely property still with its old charm in a fantastic location right in the middle of Chania old town and located close to restaurants, cafes, shops and convenient stores. Not far to the beach either. Kostas was a great host. Very friendly, helpful and the communication from the beginning was good. He met my friend who was flying in earlier that afternoon and arranged to hand over the keys and organised a transfer for myself from the airport as my flight landed quite late.

The steep narrow stairs could be an issue for some.

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione eccezionale. Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario Kostas, disponibilissimo! Eccezionale il parcheggio privato ( a pagamento e da prenotare!) accanto alla casa.

Meget smukt hus med stilfuldt design,hvor alt er special-bygget pga at huset er et gammelt byhus. Værterne var super søde og talte rigtig godt engelsk. De var hurtige til at svare på WhatsApp og meget venlige ift at hjælpe med gode råd og forslag til anbefalinger af restauranter, aktiviteter mv. Perfekt beliggenhed!!!

Parking, location, cleanliness, comfort and host were all amazing.

Note that there is no view from the rooftop to the harbor or mountains.

What a gem! Right in the middle of Old Town and near everything. And such a comfortable place with everything we could need

No complaints but as others have said it’s a lot of stairs. Basically 4 rooms stacked on top of each other.

The location for the Old Town was fantastic. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and harbour. The host arranged the private parking for us which was brilliant, it was 19 euros per day. There was nowhere else to easily park in early September.

Going up and down the stairs was a challenge but we are in our 60's. We managed ok.

If you are looking to stay in Chania and immerse yourself in the Greek lifestyle with amazing restaurants serving traditional food, then this is the place. The house is set on three floors, immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could wish for. The top balcony was stunning, providing a great space to chill, and it even had a fridge – a bonus! The location is perfect for everything you need: sightseeing, the port, shops, restaurants, and bars. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the owner, who welcomed us with insightful information about the area. If we ever return, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hard to find fault - be aware lots of steps to get to the top floor , may be hard if any diasbailites

Noisy outside close to a car park.Could not have 2 keys.Aircon did not work in first bedroom temperature was controlled by owner. Rainfall Shower in first bedroom did not work. Had to use hand held wand shower. Shower tray could not hold water so bathroom flooded.No wardrobe or draw space lived out of the case .Stairs were steep unsuitable for us.Pictures did not reflect the property .Very small bedrooms Did not reflect what we paid for it s most defiantly not wort a £1000 per week.Door too roof space was only Around 4ft high you had too crawl through.pictures of the roof terrace did not reflect actual photos Owners were not the friendliest did not want too listen to us they just wanted the money
