Sophia's Castle View Apartment

Everything about this apartment was lovely. It was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable. There was lots of natural light and the balcony was perfect for chilling and people watching. The location was the absolute best for both the Old Port and the Old Town, bars and restaurants. Everything was so easy to walk to.

Uns hat gut gefallen, dass die Ferienwohnung am Ende einer Sackgasse lag und somit kein Verkehr stattfand. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen schönen Blick in die Berge und in die Stadt. Andreas, der Vermieter hat bei Fragen, sehr schnell reagiert und konnte immer helfen. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen und die großen Fenster brachten viel Licht. Abends konnte man die Fensterläden zumachen um abzudunkeln. Es gibt Klimaanlagen um zu kühlen oder um zu heizen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser wären schön gewesen aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir waren ohnehin oft auswärts essen.

The parking was difficult because some guy’s old van was parked at the entrance to the street making getting in really nerve racking.

The property was at a very good location next to the old city square with a parking place of its own. Easy to find on the old walls of the old city with a nice view. Inside it was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very attentive and responded to every request. The bulding both inside and outside was renovated and was very prety, new and pleasant. It had all the neccessary amenities and everything was working perfectly. Also there were some extra helpful things like maps and information about Crete and Chania and a plug converter.

The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The shower gel and shampoo weren't enough for 4 persons for 4 days.
