Vetus Oppidum Boutique Guesthouse

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Chania. The house appeared to have been recently renovated and features a cozy terrace, ideal for unwinding with friends and a bottle of wine.

It was challenging to shower without soaking the floor, as the shower glass only extends halfway across the space.

Great location and refurnished apartment with everything you could possible need. Very cozy and awesome amenities! Hope to visit again in the future!

A cosy town house in a great location for shops and restaurants around Chania old town. Host was really responsive over message and helpful too. Beds clean and comfortable. Rooms stylishly furnished and decorated.

The property was in a great location, nicely decorated and the beds were comfy, Aircon worked well. After initial trouble getting in due to missing key code and difficulty reaching the host, we were then given fresh towels and later checkout free of charge.

The floors were not well swept or mopped when we arrived. Some missing kitchen items such as enough coffee cups, no chopping board, basic condiments. No extra toilet paper provided. Shower in master bedroom does not work so well (runs hot and loses pressure when wanting colder water). Terrace space advertised in pictures was taken up with an empty plunge pool so limited space to use.
