"My expectation was not meet because of the cost, cleanliness and location of the property."

The kitchen area was spacious.

Per the conversation with Mr. Bobby, as he was bringing an additional outside dumpster to the property because the trash was overflowing. The house that I rented was not clean. There were several areas in the house that was not clean such as the floor, microwave, hair in the shower, shower curtain not hung properly, sheets had spots on them, mop not provided, the rugs had dust and crumbs under it and one of my guest had bite marks on several parts of the body such as head, cheek and side.
