Price for what we got. More expensive than anything else in our month trip around South Island. Staff said that Booking.com set the prices which I know is incorrect. Third bedroom was in a converted garage, had to step over board to get in. It did have a better shower than in the house.

Great location, cozy cottage

sleep out smelt damp, Shower pressure was poor. Cleaning was very expensive, and the cleaniness was average.

Great location. Good layout. Mostly good facilities.

Lighting in the living kitchen area is dim. There are only wall lights. Need brighter lights - preferably in the ceiling. The holder for the shower head in the main bathroom was missing, so I had to hold the shower rose while showering. There are only 6 dining chairs, so the 8 of us could not sit and eat together. There is no freezer. It would be useful for this to be stated that this is not available. (Our ice cream melted)

It was an excellent location, and not too flash which made it more homely and relaxed especially with the fire lit. The outdoors area was perfect and the private little jetty

The squabs for the outdoor chairs were saturated unfortunately, we tried to dry them. The inside jug needs a good clean on the inside, there were floaties.
