"Wonderful, quiet and relaxing private villa"

Quiet and peaceful location. Lovely area in the countryside. Private pool and garden area. Comfortable, memory foam matteresses on beds. Wonderful views, especially from the balcony in the bedroom. Upstairs bedroom has great views of the pool and countryside. Modern furniture and house. Private pool. BBQ area. Laundry facilities. Nice buffet restaurant called Central Park nearby. Roberto (our host) was very welcoming and accommodating. Kitchen had every utensil and factility you need for self-catering.

1h30m to 2h (depending on traffic) drive away from Lisbon and airport. Toll road (A1) charges about 6euro each time you go from the villa to Lisbon. Lacking amenities with just one mini-supermarket 7km away in Tramagal. No shower head holder in one of the bathrooms. Need some chairs for the balcony area.

Well equiped kitchen was available for preparation of meals. Very good 180cm-200cm wide double bed. Possibility to use wasking machine was extra luxury.

I visited in mid February and apartment was quite cold for first day until electric heating and fireplace had warmed up concrete building. Facility has two apartments. 150m2 and 45m2. All the nice pictures are from bigger 150m2 but since I was traveling alone I had smaller 45m2 one. Anyhow smaller is very comfortable for up to two persons except dining table is not most convenient.
