Great outside area. It even has a shed!

Nice and quiet location most of the time. Lots of space and felt safe. Great to have a washing machine. Homely (candles and trinkets) and comfortable. Immaculately clean when we arrived. Sufficiently equipped kitchen for stove-top cooking. Decor finish to a very high standard. Abundant towels - we were offered some to take to the beach also which was kind as we had only travelled with hand luggage. Javier was without exception prompt to respond to messages. When the safe ran out of batteries and locked us out he was able to attend immediately to regain access.

1) Mattresses are a bit tired - they are quite soft and have permanent hollows from use. 2) Fridge has an unfortunately noticeable hum compared to many - no door to kitchen meant if we were watching TV in the adjacent lounge we would have to turn it down. 3) Shower curtain could use a deep clean/replacement. The sofa fabric too may require cleaning as unfortunately it smelt like people have likely sat on it full of sweating after sunbathing/being out.

A very well located apartment with all the amenities one needs(beach towel, beach chairs, washing machine, etc, literally everything possible). The host is very responsive and took care of every detail. Overall a great place to stay and the beach is at a walkable distance, also the local bus stop is nearby. I will definitely be back again, thank you Javier for the great stay 🤗

The house was perfect! Very good equiped with all needed stuff (washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, pots, plates etc.). The huge terrace was a wonderfull place to eat and just spend evenings. We were warm welcomed by Javier, who explained us everythig, aswered all our questions and booked a car for us in few minutes! The neighborhood was quiet with a palm garden near by. I would definitely recommed this place to spend a nice vacation.

Honestly this place is amazing, whoever is going to the south of Fuerteventura needs to consider staying here. The patio and the Terrance are big and comfortable, only thing missing is a small pool ;) You will find anything you need, from washing machine, iron, beach towels, even shampoo and shower ger. It could not be better! Book it before someone else does!
