"A beautiful quiet and restful stay"

The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for, but it was the extra touches, such as a cream tea to welcome us and a knock on the door to check if we were warm enough or wanted the heating on when the weather turned autumnal which made this stay in a class above the rest.

An idyllic place for a peaceful escape to the countryside. Woodpecker Loft had everything we wanted (a well equipped kitchen!) and was spotless. The cream tea on arrival was a nice touch! Very welcoming hosts, beautiful surrounding gardens, very pleased overall.

Nothing negative to say, having to leave was not so easy
