Villa Alicante Sunbeach

What a fantastic holiday home this is! The pictures do not do it justice. It has a gorgeous outside space and outside dining area, the shaded areas are perfect, the children loved the table tennis and the pool. The pool was kept impeccably clean (was cleaned and maintained 3 times during our stay). The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a family of 6. The area was so peaceful and relaxing. There was on street parking and we didn’t have an issue getting a parking spot, the walk into town was totally manageable, we had a car and didn’t actually need it, we could have ordered a supermarket delivery from the Mercadona and the tram ran regularly, it was a short and inexpensive trip to Alicante. The hosts were simply amazing. I can highly recommend this place. We would definitely love to go back some day.

Nothing, it was perfect!

This villa is amazing and just what we needed to relax and enjoy some quality family time! Natalia and Ignacio were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They have taken every bit of care to make this villa a home from home and even provide beach towels and deck chairs for a day at the beach! The villa is spacious with everything you need. The beds were really comfy and the air con worked great! The outside space is a dream!! Plenty of shade and a great BBQ area too. The pool is a good size and very clean! We are booking again for next year!! Thank you hosts ❤️

Maison de vacances idéalement équipée, propre, très fonctionnelle et accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. L’extérieur de la maison est juste parfait avec la piscine, le jardin, la table de ping-pong, la cuisine d’extérieur et la salle de bain. Les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé au moindre détail!

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé, et n’avons manqué de rien. Les images correspondent parfaitement à la description, c’est le top!

This is a beautiful place. The house is cosy and clean. The outside and pool area is fabulous. The owners were very helpful, giving tips on where to visit. There is a beach within walking distance. El Campello town is 3 Tram stops away and the Tram stop is also within walking distance. We hired bikes for a few days. We got the tram into Alicante. We hired a car for a few days also to visit towns up the coast. We used to Mercadona App to get groceries delivered - very handy.

Extremely clean, everything you need for a lovely chilled holiday and a big outside area

We stayed at this house in Alicante and were absolutely thrilled! The house is very cozy, spacious, and perfect for a holiday with family or friends. A huge bonus is the private pool! 💦 We spent every morning and evening there — pure pleasure during the hot Spanish days.

Loved our long weekend stay at the villa, our hosts were very helpful and were ready to step in and take us to the airport when our transfer didn't show up. The villa was more spacious than expected and pool area so nice and relaxing we almost didn't leave to explore the local area. Beach towels were provided and the air con very effective.

The walk to the beach was along a road without any pavement but only took around 15 minutes.
