Perfect location for the Featherston Booktown Festival. Venue had everything we needed and in working order. Hosts easy to contact, friendly and helpful but also liked that it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would like to stay during warmer weather so could enjoy the lovely back yard garden area.

Only problem could be for bigger vehicles as drive way was quite narrow but no problem for our two small cars which we easily parked outside our rear venue.

The 2nd bedroom had no windows, which didn't matter as we were only there overnight

Initially it looked clean and comfortable. Good location. Had basically we required.

Neither of us got much sleep during the night due to ? arguing voices / noises coming from the walls connecting to the owners residence. To top it off early in the morning we heard through the walls, the owners using their toilet. It was all a bit creepy and weird and sorry to say we won't be going back.

Clean, homely, had everything that you could need. Private outlook over the garden and off street parking. Host was friendly and welcoming and had lots of information on the area for us.

The location was great. All the amenities were clean.

Couch was not comfortable to sit in and beds were noticeably high and very firm

First and foremost the hosts are very friendly and incredibly helpful. As they live on site they're close enough to help immediately with anything, but we'll situated so guests have complete privacy. The space itself is excellent. Everything is clean, perfectly tidy, and well maintained. This is the first time we've used a kitchen and absolutely nothing is broken/slightly bent/missing. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat.

Honestly nothing. Very impressed.
