HKSurperb location even if you are not driving, the train station is within 15min walk. Convenient stores are walking distance. Quiet location with a FUJISAN view. The host is super nice as well!
One of the rooms does not have AC which isn't a deal killer.

PHVery nice apartment! Very cozy and has complete amenities. Quick walk to Chureito Pagoda. The hosts were very kind, -- they brought us to the Kawaguchiko station for our tour of Lake Kawaguchiko and to Shimoyoshida for the trip back to Tokyo. We will definitely come back.
The location is a bit far from the bus stop so it’s a bit hard to go there with your luggage. Don’t forget to message the host in advance to determine how you could pick up the keys to the house — it may be in the Cortege Coffee Shop a few steps away. Best to be sure and message in advance.

CAVery clean and modern place. The house had heated flooring, electric water heater, and a space heater in the living room. The space was large with two bedrooms, where you would sleep at night on a floor futon. The best thing about the place is the proximity to the Chureito Pagoda. It is a 10 min walk to the base of the path up towards the pagoda. This proximity was amazing and allowed us to walk to the pagoda at night to avoid crowds. The view from the house faces direct towards Mount Fuji, so you can see the white cone of the mountain from the living room. The house is also a 13 min walk to the Shimoyoshida station allowing easy access to Kawaguchiko, which we did as a day trip. Lastly, the hosts were very responsive and kind. They even picked us up and dropped us off from the station during check in and check out. Overall this is an incredible place that I would recommend to anyone looking to get a great view of Mount Fuji and the Chuerito Pagoda.
There is only one space heater and it is in the living room.
