"Gem of a Place"

Very friendly welcome from Vicky. Clean & comfy & warm. The village of Great Ayton is a little treasure trove of interesting shops, cafes & things to do. Everyone is so friendly & helpful.

Nothing. Our only little suggestion might be to have a recycling bin alongside the 'normal' bin in the kitchen.

"Home from home stay in Great Ayton."

The location was excellent for access to the North Yorkshire moors and the north coastal sections of the Cleveland Way. The accommodation was a real home from home. The kitchen was very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Access to a freezer and washing machine were greatly appreciated after 5 days of walking! The accommodation consisted of a large spacious double bedroom, comfortable living room, very large bathroom, hallway and the amazing kitchen. The property was so spacious it allowed us to store all of the clutter that we seem to take on our walking holidays. The off road parking and access to the garden were again - greatly appreciated. The town of Great Ayton has a beautiful centre and is well worth a visit - there is a Co-op, plenty of tea shops and bus links to the north coast. Roseberry Topping is a short walk away. Vikki and Will were excellent hosts, who live in the adjoining bungalow, should you have any questions. The property was excellent value for money and we hope to visit again.

Nothing! The property, parking, garden and space far exceeded our expectations.

Very very friendly host who gave a lovely warm welcome, the bungalow was very spacious and very clean. Was a great location with plenty to do nearby and a few minutes stroll into Great Ayton which is very pretty. Really enjoyed staying here and incredible value for money.

Nothing really but Wi-Fi was a bit rubbish, but didn’t mind that

"A delightful stay in Great Ayton...."

Host Vicki was lovely and the accommodation was superb. We had everything we needed for a self catered stay. The location was peaceful and we liked the off street parking. Great Ayton is a lovely village with lots of amenities. We highly recommend this accommodation...

Wifi could have been a little more powerful and reliable but for us it was adequate.
