Isabelle is a superb host. The facilities were perfect for a country cottage stay where you like to self cater. A real home from home stay.

"A lovely cosy country getaway"

Beautiful location. Lovely house. Fitted with great comfy & clean beds & furniture etc. Isabella met us and filled us in on local facilities & activities. She also gifted us some cakes, biscuits, sweet treats & fresh eggs. A wonderful hostess. Along with wood & turf for the fire the house was also stocked with tea, coffee, milk and a selection of dry foods like pasta & noodles along with a great selection of dry herbs & spices etc. We had brought so many things we ended up not needing!

Isabella ist sehr lieb, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Betten waren gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig.

Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war leider nicht gegeben, was sehr traurig und schade war. Wir mussten erstmal putzen, damit wir die Einrichtungsgegenstände, Dusche und Geschirr benutzen konnten. Es klebte überall und war schon eklig. Die Wohnung sieht zudem nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sie ist mit vielen unwichtigen Dingen (klimbim) versehen. Wir haben uns nicht wie zuhause gefühlt, was enttäuschend war. Wie in den anderen Rezensionen von der Sauberkeit geschwärmt wird, ist fragwürdig.

Lovely cottage clean with everything you need Isabella was there to meet us on arrival and gave us info on things we needed to know plus lots of ideas of places to go. She even put milk in the fridge for us and there was tea, coffee and sugars provided as well as some cereals and eggs from her own hens. The beds were very comfy and the ensuites fully equipped

Not an actual dislike but did find that the wardrobe seemed to be used for storing extra pillows and duvets rather than for use to hang clothes in. Not really a problem in itself but vacuum bags would help create more space if no other option for separate storage

Beautiful location, very clean, warm and cosy. It allowed our furbabies to stay with us. Gorgeous place and area we can’t wait to come back. Isabella was a fa host, very attentive, gave a lot of info about the area which made exploring the area easy. A+++
