I liked how close it was to the beach.

The AC units did not cool the rooms very well. The living area stayed very cool however while the bedroom got pretty warm despite the cooling unit. Smart tvs would also be nice to have instead of standard tvs with cable.

The location was perfect, just outside of downtown made it an effortless commute to attractions while still being quiet and peaceful at night. Covered parking was great, the condo had all the necessities and was very comfortable.
