Marina was so nice and helpful, she came by the property almost every day. We were without a car and she kindly picked us up from Ierapetra and one day even drove us to the city so we could explore. The place had everything you needed for a longer stay, e.g the kitchen was fully equipped and multiple towels, shower products etc. The place was quite isolated so if you are looking to get away from people then this is a good option. The pool was clean. The place was decorated really nicely.

The pool. The main reason we booked this place was the (almost) private pool and it was a big disappointment. It was too cold to enjoy and had no heating. You could go in for a quick and cold swim but not lounge around in. We dreamt of a quiet and isolated vacation of just relaxing in and by the pool and unfortunately this place was not the place for that. Almost every day was incredibly windy, some even so bad we couldn't go outside. While we realise the wind is not the fault of the property, we want to warn others to look up what the weather will be like in the month you visit because it really ruined our vacation. Our outside area had no covering so if you wanted to be outside, you just had to sit in the sun. The AC in the room wasn't the best. It had a stale smell every time we turned it on and even when it was constantly running the room was still hot. This is a problem with many places not only here but we had a two people room but only one chair in there and only one key. We only used the indoor shower only once because it was very uncomfortable and the curtain really stuck to you but luckily there was another shower outside. This place really would be a paradise if the pool was warmer and there weren't such big winds. In the end we were tired of just sitting in our room as there wasn't much else to do beside the cold pool, so we ended up leaving two days earlier.

Secret Paradise was a really great spot to stay. Nice and quiet, private with everything what you would need on a daily basis. Very clean, including swimming pool. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in the Secret Paradise. Marina is exceptional host, she greeted us despite late arrival after 11pm and left some goodies in the fridge and the kitchen what was great as a starter in the morning. Gave us great tips where to go and what to see. I would highly recommend 👌 Secret Paradise. Great place all around!!!
