Clean accessible, good facilities and a great view. Good prompt communication from staff.

The main ranch sliders not accessible due to broken door handles. the firewood would not stay lit. Despite repeated attempts.

"Beautiful views and a wonderful stay"

Beautiful lake views, clean modern house with everything we needed including the bonus of snow on the ground! Check in/out service was excellent with lovely staff. We also loved that there were some children’s toys and books. The house layout is great with master and one end and two bedrooms at the other - great for travelling with friends/family.

Weather was very chilly at the time and would have appreciated an extra portable heater to pop in with our baby. There was an oil column in the master but the thermostat seemed broken. In saying that there was underfloor heating, a fire and a huge heat pump in the lounge which did heat the whole house, just took a little longer so we were nice and snug.

"Beautiful house and location"

Location was great and so was the view. The beds were comfortable and the house was great for a group of friends.

The house had no instructions and the cooker was not working the first night as it had ran out off gas, so we couldn’t cook. This was really disappointing as we arrived late and couldn’t contact the host. The house was freezing too on arrival and the trip switches had gone for the heating system so took us ages to find where this was to heat the house. Would recommend an instructions book. It’s also a nice touch to have ground coffee / condiments for guests rather than having to buy everything from scratch.
