One of the best views in NZ!! Absolutely stunning. Super warm and comfortable with the heat pump running on arrival. Comfy beds are a big bonus. Everything required was supplied. Plenty of room for a large family if required, masses of space for the three of us! Thank you so much for accomodating us.

Everything exceeded our expectations being a modern warm house. I did scout for some hot chocolate amongst the supplied coffee and tea to no avail!

Pretty much everything, very nice view, comfy beds, well insulated, warm and toasty inside :) , our family loved the property.

Although there are notes everywhere about fireplace + extractor could bring smoke in the house, was quite stressful cooking using extractor (it was needed) and fireplace going specially with a new born baby.

Lovely sunny warm house with beautiful views! Excellent house heating options with heatpumps, wall heaters and fireplace. Great size rooms... Love the separate living area and the master bedroom is fantastic with the ensuite and kitchenette facilties, which was perfect for my elderly parents. Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay.

The smallest bedroom with 2 single beds, is on the other side of the wall to the main bedroom's bathroom and the walls were quite thin, so in the small bedroom we could hear people using the bathroom through the wall. I'm a light sleeper so didn't have very good sleeps because of this. Book Tekapo do advise they only supply enough essentials for one night only, even though we stayed 3 nights. A little bit inconvenient as we had to buy extra things or do without.

Perfect house to stay with the family. All rooms were comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. Has washer and dryer. Location was perfect. Overlooking Lake Tekapo (though some houses infront were blocking the view but otherwise still magnificent) Beautiful sunrise and sunset! Master room was exceptional. The only room facing Lake Tekapo. Had its own mini kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Main house living space was big to accommodate big families. Would be a perfect summer vacation house to have BBQ and hang outside. House had a fire place to keep warm during Cold Winter/Autumn nights though the big heater was sufficient enough. Stargazing just outside the house was AMAZING. Never seen a sky so clear and starry. Wish it was winter to be able to see the southern light... The family enjoyed the house. Thank you!
