Walter Black Place - Lake Tekapo

Great Location, instructions were clear and helpful. Very warm and comfortable

Considering Tekapo was a Dark Sky Place there could have been some lamps for low lighting in the living room at night and information about closing the curtains and augmenting the Dark Sky message regarding light spill etc.

Everything of the house was beautiful. Great location!!

It would have been nice if there had been furniture outside where we could sit to enjoy the amazing view and lovely night sky.

This is an excellent property with a great view of Lake Tekapo. The property is double glazed and well insulated and catches the sun well so is very warm. The beds were very comfortable and two bath rooms made for a great family stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the fittings throughout the house are all of a high standard. It was only a 10 minute walk down to the waterfront restaurants. Very easy pickup and return of key. The living area is spacious with great views..
