The location was amazing. Fantastic view of the lake and church and within walking distance of almost everything.

The property has charm but is dates. There’s obviously peeling wall paper, the beds need replacing (the one in the master was practically concave). It needs a good dust. Bug/flu screens would be a welcome addition.
